Food & Wellness: Why I want to talk about it?
Before you read any other post in this section, you should know why I have this section & what can you expect here.
While I was planning on building my website, I was contemplating to include a section on health; however, unfortunately, most of us associate health as physical health. I wanted to change that as much as I hoot for physical fitness. We need to focus on our mental health too. More often than not, we tend entirely to ignore it or label it as a temporary thing. Hence I decided to devote the section to complete wellness.
While making a list of things I would like to cover in this section, I realised that more than anything it’s the food we eat increases our overall wellness. While there are too many experts running wonderful blogs & vblogs on food, I wanted to include the food that is experimental, fun, tasty yet healthy. This specially caters to working people who like to cook but due to their busy lifestyle haven’t had the chance to do or people who are just daunted by the long list of ingredients & even longer cooking time.
Apart from the traditional Indian food, I would like to introduce traditional food of many other regions and some quick fix foods that taste good & heal your body at the same time.
